By quality we mean delivering the best within a predetermined time-frame. UG Software believes is delivering the quality work in whatever it performs and aims at maintaining it as its principle throughout.
At UG Software quality is achieved in an easy and efficient manner by following two processes:
Project Management
The project and account management are taken very seriously, providing each of our clients with an easily accessible project/account manager.
The manager keeps in constant contact with the client to know the business and works through the length of relationship. Project detailing, planning, reporting and deliveries are then the responsibility of the project manager.
We don't follow a stringent project management methodology, instead select the most appropriate suiting our client's requirements.
Communication
Communication at UG Software means dissemination of information clearly and on-time.
Our project managers constantly interact with the client (or client's project manager), providing periodical reports, documents and deliveries as per milestones. We have an online project management system where all project documents, feedback, issues etc can be monitored and tracked.
