I.P Mehra
UG Software has been constantly groomed and supported immensely by Mr. I.P. Mehra, the Managing Director of the organization. He has been the backbone of the firm endorsing his experience and expertise to sail UG Group to newer heights. A reputed banker by profession, Mr. I.P. Mehra opted to provide his expert financial guidance and years of experience to us, thus steering the acceleration towards success.

His financial predictions and calculations have always proved to be most accurate and have often helped UG in its strategic decision making. Mr. Mehra is a simple down to earth person with a strong spiritual mindset. He believes in ‘KARMA’ and follows the principle in all aspects of his life. Astrology, Reading & Cricket are his other spheres of interests which also provide much food for thought and relaxation from his Strategies and Financial Plans.

Rahul Mehra
Rahul is the CEO and co founder of UG Software Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company he set up in 2004. His entrepreneurial approach and sheer perseverance is what propelled the company’s growth to greater heights. A strong foothold of innovative ideas, seasoned skills and the ability to deliver world class software services with utmost perfection is what drives his vision. Today, he provides the strategic direction and leads the business development team.

He has over 14 years of experience in various aspects of technology including IT hardware, networks, RFID and of course web technologies. Prior to and during his current tenure, he has been successfully lending his multi-domain and multi-technology experience to Technology start-ups and SMEs. An Electronics & Communications Engineer by qualification, Rahul was always keen to serve people and help budding entrepreneurs accomplish their goals from all around the globe .

Pritha Ganguly Mehra
Pritha has been one of the founder team players at UG Software. Being a Creative Designer by profession it was not an easy career path to transition herself into management. She has extensive capabilities in Strategic, Information & Infrastructure Planning. Her sheer managing capabilities backed with her perfectionist attitude and long hours of work have today made her a proud Sr. Manager – Operations at UG. Pritha is responsible for the smooth functioning of the entire unit’s operations including Resource Planning, Project Planning & Deliveries. She has been in this role since 2008. Along with managing Operations, Pritha heads the Creative Department. Under her creative leadership, blossoms an entire team of creative and web artists who successfully cater to branding, web design, graphic illustrations and animation requirements of our esteemed clients. Under her flag, we have successfully hosted “LOGOPIE” in 2005 – Branding Services and Creative Strategy for Businesses. It was her perseverance and hard work that have made LOGOPIE, one of the leading Branding Design Companies in India.

Pritha is not as serious and boring as this profile sounds to be. She is completely a reversal when we speak about her personality. A jovial person with a big fat talent bag on her back – painting, singing, dancing, movies and partying is what she enjoys the most. A successful professional, a caring mother and loving wife…all in all she completes what we call “THE TODAY’S WOMEN”.

Suruchi Tiwari
Suruchi heads and manages the Project Delivery Team at UG Software. She is responsible for all the development functions to ensure quality project delivery with customer delight. Her customer centric approach and mentoring has resulted in high quality and efficient project deliveries. Known for leading by example, Suruchi has encouraged her team to excel at listening to customers and providing them with world-class software solutions, services & support.

She has over 10 years of experience in managing project delivery operations across multiple geographies. She has also been instrumental in developing new processes and providing solutions for new domains and verticals. She has extensive experience in providing technology solutions to diversified clients from India, Australia, Japan, Europe and USA.

Her earlier stints included working for Pictage Inc, USA as Outsource Business Manager(India). She has a Master in Computer Science and has numerous certifications to her credits.

Reshma Suleman
Reshma brings with her a multi cultural & quality focus experience of over 6 years in the Human Resources function with an in depth industry knowledge of IT, ITeS, Education and Media. She has worked in different capacities and geographies handling complex and sensitive people issues. She has been an integral part of startups on one hand and on the other, has worked with well established organizations with robust structures and processes. Organization team building and restructuring, Change Management, Aligning HR to Business, Culture building and HR metrics are some of the core strengths she has developed in her exposure as a member of management teams & HR. She has managed large HR teams spread over different locations and has transformed the HR function to be an equivalent partner in business thus involved in all business related decision making processes.

In the past, she has worked with companies like Safaltek Software, B.A.G Films & Media, News 24 and Cosmic Group. With a B Tech degree in Computer Science and a MBA in Human Resource she makes a perfect blend of managerial & technical competence desired to be an effective HR Manager in IT Industry.
